Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial — full features, no card required. New trial users get 20% off their first year with code TRIAL20 if they upgrade before the trial ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (VND), credit card (Lemon Squeezy), and VietQR. Invoice + e-invoice issued for VN tax compliance.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — prorated to your billing cycle. Downgrade applies at the next renewal.
What happens if my internet drops?
REENG keeps running. All bookings, payments, and reports work offline; data syncs automatically when internet returns. This is the core of how we're different from KiotViet, Sapo, and Mindbody.
Do you support multiple verticals (spa + salon + restaurant)?
